Sometimes it's hard to talk about mental health or emotions when it's not a common part of your culture or it's taboo to talk about.

Going to counselling doesn’t mean anything is wrong with you. Therapy is one way to make your life a little better. We will work with you, with your beliefs, and with your culture and identity.
